We invite all Johnnie Lay Burks teachers to apply for a PTO Teacher Grant.

The PTO Executive Committee will review grant applications each semester and contact you to let you know if your grant has been approved. 

 

We encourage you to apply for a grant! Past projects that have been funded include:
 

• ​School bird feeders

• Burks Museum of Art

• 3D Printer

• Learning Supports & Sensory Tools

• Community Problem Solving Project

• Class field trips and special events

• Special reading and STEM-related materials

• A Terracycle Zero Waste box for recycling glue sticks and bottles
